Hello,
I’m trying to remove just the text string “Featured Post” from the featured post label. The theme I’m using is Franklin.
Any advice on how to remove just the label text?
The website I’m currently working on is local and not live yet. That said, you can see the “Featured Post” text I’m talking about here in the themes demo:

The plugin seems to work beautifully, however, wordfence seems to have an issue with it. I’ve been temporarily locked out. Anyone know of a way to get the two to play nice? Maybe settings in wordfence?

Hi, tried to contact on slack but I have a question, when recording it seems to save the video files in .ts as well as the files only being a few seconds short. For a broadcast that is going on for 1 hour, this is an inconvenience as we need to stitch all the clips together. Is there any solution for this?

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to customize the zoom-in on the images in the lightbox so that the zoom-in happens in 2times/2 clicks for desktop and laptop screen.
I customized the Max Spread Zoom option, but I assume is not the right place where to look for what I want.
Also, is it possible to display the images’ titles on the lightbox ?

Is it possible with the pro one to have overlapping delivery slots?
So 12 – 2 then next is 1 – 3 then next is 2 – 4 etc
This way if the driver is running late or early he can continue with the overlaped slot and customer think he on time and deliveries still run.
Please let me know if this is possible or can be added.
Also not as important currently but we have zones set up for each zone being a different van so could the pro version count each time slot per a zone (based on the postcodes)

Hi,
Concerning my facebook icon: when you hover over it, a box with 3 options pops up (visit me, like, share). Unfortunately, the spacing between them is not equal and they are not of the same size. The “visit me” button is much closer to the “like” button, than the “like” button is to the “share” button. It would be nice if the “visit me” button could just move up a little and in general it would probably look better if all three of them had the same size …
Can you help with this?

Is there a way to have multiple images on a category or sub-category page? I know there is an extension for multiple images per product, but not sure about category.
If not, is there a gallery plugin that would work with the categories? I tried using NextGen Gallery and it wouldn’t work.

On mobile and when adjusting the browser to less than or equal to 750px the header and footer styling breaks. I am making minor cosmetic changes to this website and have no idea what has broken it. I think I have identified the class which is ‘containerFull’. I am wondering if anyone can help me resolve this please as it is urgent that I get this sorted for my client.

When I did a recent plugin update I noticed some of the product category in my Woo Commerce were showing a 500 error. When I deactivate your timer plugin the page comes back up. The strange thing is that it only effects certain categories. I did a through test with your plugin before going live and it worked great. For some reason since Monday night it has started to conflict with my other Woo plugins. Unfortunately I don’t know which of the Woo plugins is the culprit. Have you received any message regarding a similar issue and if so is there solution?

I have there some user roles… one user role “actor” not allows to edit profile and it does not show the edit profile button after registration and login. Other user role “model” allows to edit the profile… the settings seem the same so i dont understand it..
I dont find the error, does anyone have an idea how to find the problem?

While it was easy to set up the basic functionality of the shop and get it running within a very short amount of time, you only see that the devil lies in the details.
German translations are awful. Full of spelling and grammar errors, sometimes total nonsense. I wonder who translated those texts. It took a good two hours to review all the texts and correct them so that they could be presented to a German audience without being ridiculed.
Like another user already mentioned, the settings pages are cumbersome to use. Pages with dozens of lists require endless scrolling, and it’s sometimes hard to find a certain setting in that jungle. What was especially annoying with editing the translations, was that the page got reloaded after each saving of the changes to one group of translations and I had to scroll back down again to the line I was before. Tabbed grouping these settings would make a huge difference.
I will give the Pro version a try, though, as I need a bunch of product types that aren’t available in the free edition.
If you restructure the administration panel to make it more efficient to edit then this plugin would be unbeatable.

I can’t find styles of the buttons for the images description like on your page with blog gallery title.
I mean this gray buttons which located below gallery thumbnails description. I have tried to switch settings but didn’t find such gallery view.
