This is still a problem for me so I’m bumping this issue.
BTW I gave Elena a login id to my production website, trusted her, and she trashed my website. I had to restore it.
I am using the default property.php template as you have provided for the plugin. The property_overview template shows the right sidebar fine: (I customized it slightly to show more property details):

But the detail property page using the default property.php template – the right sidebar disappears:

I added your “Latest_Properties” widget to your “property: Lower Market sidebar” that appears in Widgets. Since it’s called “Lower Market sidebar” I assume it appears on a sidebar. But whatever I put there (any widget at all, including plain text), it appears in the main listing panel below the property listing text which you can see.
I know this used to work as I can see an old version of the website where right sidebar content shows up:

Since I see the “property: Lower Market sidebar” in widgets, shouldn’t this work? (the property is lower market by the way)
This is an important issue for me as the detail Property listing is what I want to share on social media and the blank sidebar looks stupid.
Here are 2 other references for this problem:

PLEASE Can a Usability Dynamics developer help me with this?
