Accessing parent page on menu

Hello,

I am using Relia theme and have two parent pages with child pages (Courses and #CreatingCourage).

On my Macbook I am able to access the parent page and see the content there. I can also access the corresponding child pages.

However, on my ipad and iphone I cannot see the content on the parent page. Only the sub menu child pages are viewable. Is there a way to change this so that my parent pages can be viewed on all devices?
