Close Elementor Popup on Button click

Hello,

I have created a popup with a button which says ‘contact me’ and this button is linked to the contact section of my onpager (on which the popup is displayed). But when I press the button now the page scrolls to the section in the background but the popup is still there. So how can I close the Popup when I click on the button?

This plugin does what it claims to do, a simple feature but nice to have for commenters on a moderated blog. Also, the plugin author has been responsive to fixing a minor issue. Thanks!

Tabs doesn’t work

WordFence Scan aren’t starting from Couple of Days

Hello,

I am using WordFence as a security plugin in my main domain and in 2 subdomains from around 1 year without any issues.

However, after 1 February 2019, WordFence Security Scans aren’t happening in all of the websites, saying —

Scan Failed
The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try.

I go through all the troubleshooting method recommend by the WordFence and go through those below points —

1) Troubleshooting using below links

https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/options/#max-execution

2) Contacted my Hosting Provider and Cloudflare to see if they are blocking WordFence Scan Server IP address range?

Turnout they aren’t blocking WordFence Scan Server IP address range. And I also allowed that IP range through Cloudflare Firewall.

3) Changed Max execution time according to the documents. And turned on Debug Mode and found these log —

[Feb 07 13:07:00] Got value from wf config maxExecutionTime: 0
[Feb 07 13:07:00] Got max_execution_time value from ini: 300

[Feb 07 13:07:01] Scan process ended after forking.

Every few weeks I was finding the following error in my admin dashboard after logging in:

Failed to post via WordPress: "no auth_key"

After troubleshooting it seems that the LiteSpeed Cache plugin will make calls to their external server, so their server’s IPs need to be whitelisted by NinjaFirewall:

I am having trouble with my site admin; I cannot uninstall or update any pluggins and my wordpress app linked to my site won’t view my site – the error says, “certificate for this site invalid”. I’ve checked with my howt and all is fine there.

I’d appreciate any advice please.

Problem with Inline enqueued CSS/JS

Hi,

First off thanks for the great plugin and the awesome support you provide!
I have plugin-bundled, Page-builder shortcodes that require some INLINE! CSS and JS to be enqueued whenever a shortcode is called on a page so I followed the WP core requirements to enqueue them accordingly, for example:

add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'my_register_shortcodes_scripts' );
function my_register_shortcodes_scripts() {
  // Notice I create a handle without a file, only to be used for inline JS
  wp_register_script( 'my_shortcodes_script', false );
  wp_enqueue_script( 'my_shortcodes_script');
  wp_add_inline_script( 'my_shortcodes_script', $js );
}

As header is already loaded once a shortcode is met on a page the queueing loads my scripts in the footer (not the most elegant of executions but a compromise that I can live with along with the benefits of those scripts only executing on pages where the specific shortcode exists). Same happens with inline styles btw.

Once I enable the plugin the inline scripts no longer get loaded. When I disable the JS processing they pop back in.

Any idea on what I could do to preserve those would be greatly appreciated or possibly if the plugin can accommodate them as being a WP supported functionality…

Using sidebar filter returns with no results

Hello,
Using plugin was easy and straight forward,
I’ve been able to create a lot of products using the excel sheet.
But when I go to the actual page and use the filters on the left side bar, it says updating results and returns no results but only a blank page.
I’m using elementor to build pages and embedded the catalog code within elementor.
How do i fix this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Imagify would have saved me hours of work

I found the Imagify plugin excellent. Beforehand, I’d experienced many problems trying to compress all my images (around 200). It was a time-consuming and not very effective method, using two different online programs. Often I could not compress the file without reducing the pixels too much, or the actual size of the image so it was too small for my web page design. I wish I had known about Imagify earlier on, as it would have saved me a great deal of work (hours)! Someone recommended it to me towards the end of my project – and it was brilliant at solving problem images.

Unable to use Facebook account to access online course

Hi,

One of our users could not use his Facebook account to access the online course in courses.vincerapisura.com.

He encountered an error. It says on the page: “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

How can he have access? Or what should we do if any of our users encounter the same problem?
