Hello,
I was getting an error in Yoast and I installed the Yoast Test Helper plugin. I clicked on the “Reset Indexables & Migrations” button and the page is broken. My site is completely broken and the SQL size has increased from 10MB to 160MB. What should I do?

I downloaded this theme for my campaign website and it is the worst theme I’ve ever used.
1) It doesn’t allow you to remove the copyright from the bottom without paying.
2) There was an update and now I lost my top menu and can’t change the info on my top hero slider.
3) Customer service did respond but has not yet been helpful

Sandbox & live API Keys are copied successfully into the Forminator settings for PayPal.
On testing the payment buttons, the credit card payment works fine.
However, when the PP button is selected, the PP browser opens, but the login credentials fail. I have tested this with 3 different PP accounts, all with the same results.

The Shopping cart worked fine until recently. Only changes were updates to wp and to plugins.
When the user clicks the Add To Cart button the button changes to the “checked” version of the button (dark button image) but nothing happens. The cart is not updated.
Everything works fine if users use the Chrome browser, but it seems to fail for anyone using Firefox.

I have 21 plugins; the site will not work if I disable them. That is a difficult test to do.
If I switch themes, wp forgets all of the customizations I made in the Customify theme.
I disabled caching (WP Super Cache), problem still occurs.
Users are not logged into the site, they are all guests. Only administrators and authors have login accounts. The paypal plugin fails for both guests and logged in users when using Firefox.
I do not know what to check to get this to work. It took 2 years to get PayPal to work. If a solution cannot be found I will need to find another plugin and start over.

I show the data is transmitting from the file manager in our cpanel, into the TablePress as a .csv through the url we have set up. And it is set for every 15 min but it doesn’t seem to be updating. The new info show in the database, it shows in the csv, but it not showing on TablePress why? Maybe it longer than 15 min IDK, but as I type this it still hasn’t shown up.

My ISP sent out an email to everyone saying that they were eliminating all of the earlier versions of PHP and would only be using PHP 7.4. I looked at my WP admin site and the only place I could find that says what version I am currently at is in the Site Health. It says:
Your site is running an older version of PHP (7.2.25), which should be updated
I logged in to my ISP’s control panel and opened their “PHP Manager”. It listed PHP 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4 and I chose 7.4.
Then I looked at the WP Site Health again and it still said 7.2.25.
I found some instructions from WP support which said to backup and then upgrade my site, themes, and plugins to the latest. They were already at the latest, but I clicked the re-install version 5.7.1 button.
After that was done I checked the Site Health again and it still says
Your site is running an older version of PHP (7.2.25), which should be updated
I double-checked on the ISP’s control panel and confirmed that I do have PHP 7.4 set as the version I wish to use.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hi, I am having two issues with the plugin. When the size of the browser window is changed, the website bugs out when you open the hamburger menu (all the content is pushed to the right with a whole lot of white space on the left). The header also completely disappears at a certain width.

We’ve been using BNFW for a while and its been great.
But just recently, in the past few days, when an email goes out the shortcodes don’t change to the actual content.
So what users saw in the email was stuff like:
“[post_title]” was just published by [display_name].
Instead of saying the actual post title and author name.
I’m using the most recent WP version and that was probably updated in the past few days.
Is anyone else having this issue?

This theme is excellent overall, but a small bug makes it imperfect.
If I make a long english post, the card of it will collapse properly in the feed page.
However this feature seems not working for Chinese posts. All the cards with Chinese content will not be able to collapse in the feed.
Could you please check this out?

I would like to filter the posts by category, showing only those belonging to both catogories.
For example, if I write: category = “1,2” and set configuration as AND, I see posts of category 1 and posts of category 2. I only want to see those posts belonging to all catogories checked. I don’t want to see the sum of results of all categories, I want to see the results that has all categories marked.

I have to make something like pseudo-tabs on the product page(in sidebar). There is a taxonomy called ‘model’. Every model has 4-5 products. So I have to show else 3-4 produts of that model on each product page in sidebar. What’s the best decision? I don’t need cross-sells in the cart, so maybe simply take them? Or a harder way – to get the term of a current product, and to get all products with this term? Maybe you have some examples? I’m losted at all. Never had to do something like that before. I’m not lazy to read, but I actually don’t know what to search and what’s the algorithm.

Our client has an eComm site where the wholesale price runs through woocommerce for logged-in / registered site users & the retail price is displayed for those simply visiting. We are in the process of creating product feeds for Facebook, Google & Pinterest advertising, however every feed plugin we have tried uses the Woocommerce pricing and we need to pull the role based retail price.
I am sure we aren’t the only client using your B2B plugin that needs to advertise using role based pricing. Can you provide any recommendations compatible with your plugin or API or something? The sole purpose of creating this site was to advertise and have both retail & wholesale options for pricing and shipping etc.
