[NSFW] Advanced Dynamic Pricing conflict fix

I am in the process of evaluating the Gift Cards plugin running on a local staging server that has error messages being displayed. I am using the Advanced Dynamic Pricing plugin and unless I disable it I see the error message:

“Notice: Undefined variable: redeem_hook_priority …htdocs\wp-content\plugins\pw-woocommerce-gift-cards\includes\pw-gift-cards-redeeming.php on line 41

and the checkout hangs.

I believe that you may have a mistake in your fix, shouldn’t:
add_filter( ‘wdp_calculate_totals_hook_priority’, function( $priority ) { return $redeem_hook_priority – 1; });

be:

add_filter( ‘wdp_calculate_totals_hook_priority’, function( $priority ) { return $priority – 1; });

Note: $priority not $redeem_hook_priority

I have used this plugin for a while and recently my website has been attacked several days a week because some bug and leaks of this plugin (I found it through auditing all the mysql logs)

After disabling this plugin all the things go well.

So be very careful for using it, as this plugin is not updated for years.

Media Library not loading images to plugins

Hello all,
I recently took over a website, so I didn’t build it. I’m trying to update the photos on the sliders (Fusion slider, Slider Layer and Slider Revolution) I can’t get slider revolution to load, I get an Ajax error (for which I reached out to the dev of that plugin) However, when I try to access the wordpress media library, on the other sliders, I get the screen to select the media, however nothing ever shows up (there is 449 images in library) and it just spins and spins and never loads the content. I can access the photos by going to the media tab on the left menu. Also, if I need to change a static image on any of the pages, I have to use WordPress mobile to upload an image. Just for reference website is running Avada theme, Fusion Builder, WPBakery. WordPress is version 5.4.1 and PHP version is 7.4, PHP memory limit is 512 MB. All plug-ins are up to date, I have even tried deactivating plugins to no avail.

I was using NPM @woocommerce/woocommerce-rest-api successfully to manage API requests to Woocommerce/ WP website.

Was using babel and CJS version:

const WooCommerceRestApi = require("@woocommerce/woocommerce-rest-api").default;

const api = new WooCommerceRestApi({
  url: "http://example.com",
  consumerKey: "ck_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX",

But since Node 14 is offering a simple way to use ESM I have added the following configuration to the package.json, so I can use the import statement: “type”: “module”

So I should have been able to use this format:

  url: "http://example.com",

How to change background color of mobile menu?

How can I change the color of the background of the mobile menu?

I want the links to be white because of the transparent header, but when I look at the site on mobile, the background is white so I can’t see the links. Either I need the links to be another color (black) with the white background only for mobile, or I need the white mobile menu background to be black.

The plugin hasn’t been updated for at least 8 months and not tested for WP 5.4.1, but it’s still working. Very light weight and very secure. It’ll allow you to fully backup you site a little less (saving bandwidth with some ISPs)

Template in Child Theme

Hello,

I have modified the invoice.php file inside the Simple folder of the plugin. Now I am seeing an update to the plugin. So, I want to make my changes update proof.

It is showing this message on my Dashboard:
Want to use your own template? Copy all the files from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/Simple to your (child) theme in wp-content/themes/peepli/woocommerce/pdf/yourtemplate to customise them

But I am not actually sure about what I need to do. I am confused with the writing.

Do I need to create a folder called Sample under woocommerce/pdf folder in the Child Theme and add the invoice.php inside that?

Please clear this for me.

FT Slider 403 error

Thanks for a great theme. Its my first time using WordPress and its been very easy to navigate. I am trying to add the slider to what will be the Home Page. I first started with the slider, but then kept getting a 403 error as soon as I add the FT: Slider widget and update – “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.” So I started with all the other widgets on the page and left the slider till last and it is still giving a 403 error.

I redid the page as the sample Home Page that was imported had “Home – Front Page” instead of “Home – Site Origin Page Builder” and I could not access the widgets when editing the page. It just showed a list like this:

The first one is most important as it make your plugin useless.

With constant updates, this plugin has become unusable.
In the last update you have changed practically everything.
Report everything as it was before the last update.
Remove the payment icons you added.

I went back to standard PayPal, because it confuses my customers, and unpaid orders have increased by 70%.

Hi everyone. I am new to wordpress website building and am trying to build an online shop. It turns out that my site is working slow and it would be great if anyone of you could help me out.

I did the website speed test, and the result is here:

It seems that there is some problem with ajax and the wishlist.
How could I resolve that to fasten up my site? I have already disable the cart fragments so I don’t know what to do next. Its still quite slow.

Great Plugin

I needed a Front End dashboard for my site and this plugin does exactly that. The dashboard works only for the logged in user and the user only sees what I want them to see.

Also, I had a question and they got back to me as soon as they could with a solution.

not receiving e-mails when form is completed

Hi,
I have installed wpforms (lite) and made a simple contact form. Also I have installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin. My host is SiteGround. It seems that everything is done properly, all e-mail addresses are correct.
I do receive the test email met “WP Mail SMTP” and when filling in the form on my site I do get the message ‘thank you for contacting me etc.’ but I don’t get the e-mail (yahoo).
I read a lot about this issue but I just can’t seem to figure out what is the problem. Hope someone can help me!
