On WordPress.org, when someone leaves a review for a theme or plugin the review shouldn’t count into the total (ex. 4.5 / 5 stars) forever. It should only count for a period of time like 6 months or a year. Or it should be tied to the version number.
A lot of reviews are for a specific bug that gets fixed. It is really annoying to see a 1 star review for a bug that got fixed 20 commits ago. Just like on play.google.com, reviews are tied the version number.
