I have many products that have both size and color. In an order email we received one of the products in the order (not the other 3 though) listed only the color variation, not the size.
Very strange, in the order screen it also does NOT show the size, just color. It does show a variation ID but it should show the size and color ordered as all other products are doing so correctly.
I’ve checked the variation tab on the product detail page and it appears that this product is setup just like the others.
I don’t have an email template override and my system status is green lights all the way down.
Any ideas ?
