popups only working on home page

I have onclick popups in several nav menu items. They work fine on the home page, but on other pages they do not work.

The first two icons on the right side of the menu, newspaper and envelope, work correctly on the home page. If you navigate to subsidiary pages, ie., Barge Details, they do not pop up. I have not added any conditions to either popup.

I’m using a theme called “Hatch” and the Visual Composer page building plugin.

Ideas?
