My servers are digital ocean droplets, so in my case, I’m able to use disk caching and see amazing performance boosts. The only major feature that I don’t use is the minify stuff. I couldn’t quite get it working well enough with Divi from Elegant Themes. Instead, I use Speed Booster Pack. W3 Total Cache and Speed Booster Pack appear to work hand in glove to get my pagerank super high and the response times under a second.
