primary menu disappears on all pages

Hi all

I’ve a question about my primary menu (www.bvparts.be).
When i click on a item in the primary menu, the website brings me to this specific page BUT the primary menu disappears… Is their a solution for this, because I want this menu to stay on all pages.

I also want to know how i can change the width of this primary menu, i want it to be full screen.

I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!
