Jetpack Contact from not sending Email

We have the Jetpack Contact Form plugin installed and active, however: all it is doing is sending the form into the Feedback tab, but no email.

We have an Email Check Plugin, and from that plugin we are receiving emails. But the Jetpack Contact Form is not forwarding/sending said emails to the email we specified.
