I bought this theme for my website about sports. I got it immediately, true, but this is not usable. In my life, I have purchased over 10 themes, but this one is absolutely terrible. I did not work on it and it was changing colors, texts. I could not find more than 5 posts on my website. Technical support, which is supposed to be 24/7 texted me back that it is Friday, so my problem will be solved on Monday, which I understand, I did not have a problem with that. I got an email back from them on Wednesday and they asked me if I send them my login information and they will help me. After their configuration, I had still the same problem. Then they decided to no answer me for couple days (I still have so many unanswered emails). I spent so much time on my website trying to figure it out, I paid money to one IT specialist who wanted to help me with that and did not work (and yes I tried to delete most of my plugins if there is the problem). And at the end, they do not want me to send my money back. It is not about money but about princip. Absolutely no respect for the client. Big disappointment.
