Invalid Feed URL

I’m receiving an Invalid Feed URL warning. Using the “Force the Feed” option doesn’t help.

My debug log shows the same thing every time:

Failed to fetch feed “https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?forums/read-me-first.7/index.rss”. fsockopen error:

I’ve tested that feed (“https://simsettlements.com/site/index.php?forums/read-me-first.7/index.rss”) in your demo site and it works there.

I’ve also tried it on my site with a default theme and the other add-ons removed.

Any ideas?
