Targeting categories of a custom post type

Hi,

I’m not a codex guru ^^ and I’m trying to target a specific category (location) of a custom post type (ad).
In case it helps, my back-end URL for these categories administration is : /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=cate&post_type=ad
And the category I’d like to target is called “location” and has 30 as an ID. When I hover it in my back-end I get the following URL : /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=cate&tag_ID=30&post_type=ad

Do you have any clue of the logic I should use to target it?
