I’m unable to log in directly to my blog – my soulful tales.
I created the blog 2 days ago through godaddy.com ,I can access and change anything in my blog when I login to godaddy -> domain ->cpanel ->WordPress -> dashboard.
But I can’t directly login to WordPress. It’s not recognizing my email or password. It shows error. In forgot password, my email doesn’t exist in WordPress or it’s unrecognizable.
I can’y access live support without logging in. I didn’t receive “confirm WordPress” but when i change the password in profile I get a mail to avi.melody12@gmail.com saying that password has changed.
I need to access gravatar and other things. But this is a major concern to me.
My profile has gone online/public and I haven’t completed building it.
Please let me know the solution! I had to create a separate wordpress account to post my problem here.
