Show auth form only to users that activated the option

Hello Henrik
First, thank you for the amazing plugin

Now i’m trying to display the authenticator code box only to users that activated the option.

For example I activated it in my profile settings.
At login, I will submit only username and password, and only after a successful login attempt the authenticator code box will appear.

For users who didn’t activated the two auth login, will simply login after submitting username and password, and they won’t see the auth code box at all.

If you can help me do it, that will help me a lot
