Ive been using woo commerce for multiple years now, with little to no problems very often. However lastweek woo 3.0 completely ruined everything about processing payments.
Subscription plugin does not work AT all. Ive contacted woo support, it took them days to even reply to my tickets, but even now that they have replied, they are still not able to apparently fixed the issues AT ALL!!!!
Support is sooo slow to respond, and while they ruined tons of business for thousands of sites with this 3.0 update (JUST LOOK AT THIS FORUM AND ALL THE ISSUES POSTED HERE TO SEE THESE FACTS) it really pisses me off, they are still trying to pass this joke of an update off.
WHY DONT YOU ROLL BACK PREVIOUS VERSION THAT WORKED!!!!!
Whats someone got to do to get some support from woo? They hardly respond to support tickets.
I think after years of using woo, it is time to switch to another app to handle my shopping cart.
