I’ve installed the plugin, registered on AfterShip, connected through API with my Woocommerce and activated my preferred shipping companies. When I go to the Order page both the link and the button do not work properly. The link “http://www.tracking.com/23742394239/” gives this error:
404: Page not found
This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.Troubleshooting suggestions:
Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.
And the button link gives this error, even though I activated the couriers on aftership.com and I can see that they’re active and that my account is synced with my woocommerce:
CANNOT DETECT COURIER. ACTIVATE COURIER AT https://SECURE.AFTERSHIP.COM/SETTINGS/COURIER.
Does anyone have ideas how to fix this? Because at the moment this plugin is quite useless for me, no way I would consider going premium right now. Any help is appreciated.
