Few things everyone should follow:
1) Always use the latest plugin version, as it fix all know problems so it possible make a fix for your issue.
2) Check with existing topics, if someone encountered the same problem. Most probably it’s been helped already so you can get a solution right away.
3) If no solution found Open a new Topic and describe as best as possible the problem and the steps to take to replicate. Also provide environment specifications like server type, php version.
