Post Code does not appear in PDF and Post Feature Image either

Alright here is the deal,
I have problems when generating the pdf file, the generation always stops when it reaches any added code to a post. I display code on some post as I write tutorials online.

Here is an example :

The 2nd Issue I have is that the featured image is not loaded in the pdf file even thought I have enabled it in the plugin settings.

So far I like this plugin and would defenetly like to contribute by purchasing the pro version, but I will not if I can’t get this to work. As I will be posting lots of codes on my site. I am using the Crayon Syntax Highlighter plugin to display code in posts
