Looking for good user registration/access control plug-in

Hi,

I’m looking for a user registration plug-in with the following features:

– User permission (it should be a separate system – I don’t want users to sign in into wp-admin)
– Allow access to specific posts/pages only for registered users (or for specific user roles if possible)
– Basic features like “forgot password”, “change e-mail”, “change password”
– I want to disable registration. Only the administrator should be able to add new users

I don’t care if it’s a free or paid plug-in. It just should work fine and I don’t want to read hundreds of guides to understand what’s going on. Can you recommend something?

Oh, and it should be an established product. I don’t want to test products with like 1 review or something.
