I had problems (SSL migration and upgrade of hosting) with my WordPress site after installing this plugin that was unrelated to using this plugin but the developer of this plugin quickly replied to my support request ready to help me solve the problem. Even though my website is now running fat, dumb, and happy, I still think it is worth the small investment in going Pro to support the developer with helping me and the others using his plugin.
