Creating Multiple Sections on a page (i.e. Section Features twice on HP)

Hello All,

I have a two part question.

Part1: I have the theme One Press Plus and I am attempting to duplicate multiple sections on a particular page (in my case the homepage). An example is I want to display Section(Features) twice but the sections will be different names. Please provide any information that will be helpful

Part 2: In the One Press Plus theme I want to add the Sections to other pages of my website (not just the homepage) How would I go about doing this?
