Changing Display wording of “Sub” on documents page

Hi, We are using your plugin with a buddpress theme. on the page displaying the subdirectories, on the right of the icon is the word sub (obviously for sub-directory), however, is there a simple way to change this to “Documents” even if it is just for visual display on that page(s) without changing any type of functionality of the plugin?
