It looks like the Add Paypal button on the editor screen is in a fixed placement, rather than adjusting for other additional buttons.
In particular, the button appears on top of the button added by the “Easy Panorama” plugin. The result is clicking the Add PayPal button calls up the process that the “Easy Panorama” button used.
