This plugin is extremely helpful to a new site. We are able to view our site when we are signed in, yet no one else is able to see what is behind the curtain until we are ready for them to. I totally recommend this plugin to anyone who doesn’t want their site to be seen until it is ready to be launched. Any link from your site only shows the coming soon page. I have had no issues with the plugin thus far.
