Sela Theme – looking to change the selected outline colour of search bar widget

Hello, I have been looking for this css info for days and haven’t been able to find it. I am using the sela theme and want to change the colour of the outline around the search bar widget. right now it is a hot pick but I’d like to change it to black. Could anyone help me?
