Noticed there are some weird PHP 7 compatibility issues, not sure if you guys were aware of this or not just wanted to give you a heads up since a lot of managed WP hosts will have upgraded (WP Engine) being one.
Had one of my theme buyers report this:
Error following an upgrade to PHP7….Following migration and upgrade to PHP7 trying to access “customize theme” and “widgets” throws an error as follows: – Error thrown
Call to undefined function mysql_query()
Hi Forget my last. It seems that a plugin called Co-Authors Plus was the cause of the problem. Now disabled we have access to widgets and customize.
They’re running on PHP 7 with WP Engine an WordPress 4.7.1
