I recently updated WordPress to version 4.7.1. Since then, the LinkedIn Company Updates feed has been displaying only “Sorry, no posts were received from LinkedIn!”.
I’m not seeing any PHP/SQL or console errors; there’s just no content being loaded in, aside from that error message.
– I’ve ensured that the plugin is up to date (version 1.5.3)
– I’ve confirmed that the company ID entered in the Feed Settings is correct
– I regenerated the access token
– When that didn’t result in a restored feed, I created a new LinkedIn app and updated the plugin with the new app’s client ID and secret, and regenerated the access token again
– I’ve ensured that the app (both the original one, and the new one created above) have the “rw_company_admin” permission
As no debug info or visible errors are being presented, that pretty much exhausts the avenues I can think to check.
I noted that a couple of other users have encountered this issue, but their support requests don’t seem to have been resolved.
I’m hoping you’ll be able to give me some guidance on this issue! Thanks in advance.
