Hello, I want the simplest thing this plugin apparently does: customize the Registration and Login forms. I’ve read the documentation but it seems to lack help for this issue (previous support questions were resolved without giving the solution).
I do not receive a notification email. A new user submission causes nothing visible to happen.
The normal WP registration works fine.
Another problem is that now I can’t use my testing email address … because it throws an error: “This email is already reserved to be used soon.
Please try a different one!” However, I can’t see the user email in the backend.
This is our Profile Builder registration form: http://asjl.org/registration/. I am not using the Email Confirmation addon; I don’t have clarity on its usage for our needs, and wouldn’t think this would be necessary to enable the function that is declared out of the box.
