Change decimal seperator format to “x,xxx.xx €” instead of “x,xxx,xx €”

Dear Support Team,

thanks a lot for the free plugin!
May I ask how it would be possible to change the decimal seperator format on the Y-axis as well as on popups (see screenshot here: http://imgur.com/a/LMCkd ) from this: x,xxx,xx € (2 commas) to this: x,xxx.xx € (1 comma, 1 dot) ?
