Adding Tags to Gravity Forms

I’m using MailChimp for WordPress 4.5.5 and Gravity Form 2.3.0.2.

The option to include MailChimp tags in the Form settings is not available.

The site is on WordPress 5.2.3 on PHP 7.2.19.
