Hey, I have seen a lot of posts where people can’t log in after updating to WordPress 4.7
I had the same issue on a number Multi-Site installs. After some digging, I found the issue was not actually with WordPress, but with an update in the MainWP child plugin.
If anyone who can’t log in to multisite, and uses MainWP (or maybe they have outsourced the management of their site to someone who uses MainWP), you need to either revert to a previous version of the plugin or delete it in order to access the admin again.
I am sending a message to the developers of MainWP to let them know of this issue, hopefully there will be an update in the near future.
