Hi
I’ve used jetpack sometime in the past (2 years ago).
For unknown reasons I cannot activate jetpack on my self hosted blog again.
xmlrps is accessable: https://pop64.com/blog/xmlrpc.php
but I get the “An error occurred. Please try again.” when setting up jetpack.
I’m also not able to setup the wordpress app on iOS, which I just mention here, because I assume the iOS issue will be solved after jetpack is working.

Contact form showing multiple same validation error message

Hello,
I integrated contact form 7 plugin shortcode on my contact page. The issue I found is when the user tries to press submit button multiple times then it shows a contact form 7 validation error message multiple times. I checked on different websites and got the same issue. I also check on the contact form 7 website and even this issue is found in it.

I’m trying to figure out why my add to cart button isn’t displaying? I think I told it not to somewhere but can’t remember where that was. I recall it was text but I’d prefer to have a cart logo. Is that possible?

This Theme Changed My Development Life

I was getting tired of website development, using many page builders and becoming disillusioned by it all. I was even considering other options of work and then, a friend suggested I take a look at the Blocksy theme.
I was skeptical at first, as there were quite a lot of other themes that over promised and under delivered (based on my own observations), however, as soon as I started to play around with the theme’s settings and using Gutenberg blocks, I was quite simply, blown away by what you could achieve, even without paying for the Pro companion plugin.
I have since purchased the Pro plugin (which I also highly recommend) and now building exclusively with the following stack:
Theme: Blocksy + Blocksy Child
Plugins: Blocksy Pro Companion + WPStackable Blocks Pro
The sites that I am building with that combination are blazingly fast loading due to the excellent coding by Creative Themes and WPStackable.
Since using Blocksy, it literally has changed my life and brought back a love for development again.
The support team are awesome, quick to respond and really care about their customers.
I highly recommend this theme. Give it a go, it might change your development life as well.

Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP

I consistently get this error on my site which is using an Amp compatible theme of Neve. I submitted my data under ampwp-3322b2d6-08db-5750-b7bd-69a319952c8e
Basically no AMP version of the page is being generated at the # URL and the tool itself shows all validations are find.
For example:

Wp-admin not working

Hi, my wp-admin it’s not working, it appears without the css and when I click on a link it shows a ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN, on my cpanel logs it shows:

Adding Stripe Credit Card payment to custom page

I basically created a separate page that makes a custom ajax request to generate the order. I’d like to add a simple payment collection on that page through the fields required for credit cards.

community adding event (category)

Hi There!
When my customers want to add an event in php 8.0 the category list is not found. The team is working on it for 5 months now, somehow it’s not a priority. After lot of e-mails i try this, maybe it helps to find a solution.
I don’t see a forum for community events, so i will post it here. Maybe someone can help me. I must use php 7.4 now because the list is not working. I don’t understand why it’s so complicated to fix this.

Directory showing no entries on chrome

Good morning,
I was contacted by a member yesterday who was not able to see any entries in our directories on chrome. It worked in Firefox. I looked at it through screen share and she was right. No entries appeared, and she could not use the search function either. She was on a windows laptop. Crl/F5 did not solve the problem either.
She was concerned that members of the public would not be able to search on chrome either. Any idea what could be causing this?

Any plans to support Full Site Editing?

Hello,
Right now the plugin renders its content quite badly in themes that use Full Site Editing capability added to WordPress since version 5.9. For example, SmartDocs completely ignores globally selected header and footer, content width, etc. of the theme.
It’s literally impossible to use it as the whole design on docs pages breaks apart.

Jetpack activation blurs photos

I use Divi and created a Fullwidth Image sized 1920 by 225 pixels. While I was using Divi’s Visual Builder, the image looked crisp. When I Exited Visual Builder, the image became noticeably blurry. Divi support suggested I deactive my plugins and then reactivate one at a time to see if a plug in was causing the problem. When I deactive JetPack, the image looks crisp again. I would like to use JetPack, but don’t want to struggle with blurry images. Any ideas of how to overcome whatever problem JetPack is causing in displaying my images?

Cannot load groups in the store manager anymore

Hello there,
I recently I updated my wordpress site to the latest version and I did the same for woocommerce and all the WCFM plugins. I use also the Groups and Staffs plugin and when I go to the Groups tab on the store manager I now get the following error
“DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-groups – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1”.The loading… shows but the groups are never shown. The other tabs seem to work. Checking on the woocommerce logs I see this:

problems I found with Elementor

The links do not always work. The Links in title are better than the links in text editor.
The analytics don’t work in 2 areas: the links and the word count. Both Yoast and Rank Math analytics show less words than the actual post. A thousand word post may show as a 240 word post. A 700 word post shows up as a 67 word post. Which also means the keyword usage show as too high. The links that did work don’t always show up in analytics.
The free version does not have navigation. The pro version navigation is not great either.
